Since the Group began almost 45 years ago, it has developed and continues to operate over 200,000 square meters of various properties found in strategic locations in Metro Manila. Our Passion to Help: Queen of Angels Child Care Center

With the full support of the Marajo Group, the Child Care Center is now housed in a building complete with classrooms, a kitchen, an eating area and a quaint chapel.

Aside from just being a feeding center, volunteers now take care of bathing and teaching the children, as well as holding weekly catechism and celebrating regular Saturday Masses.

This is the Company’s small way of giving back. We are happy to provide a safe haven for these children in need. We treat them as our little angels. Success in life does not come from what we have, but from what we give. As Calvin Coolidge once said, “No person was ever honored for what he received. He was honored for what he gave”

Milestones: Landmark Developments

We were there when the real estate development dawned in the now important business centers in Metro Manila – Madrigal Park Business Center Alabang, Bonifacio Global City, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig. And we shall continue to creat long-term value through the years.

1978 – AGUIRRE

Unit 6 State Condominium II 117 Aguirre Street Legaspi Village, Makati City

The very first acquisition where all succeeding structures until 1998 were conceptualized, designed, and finalized.

1981 – LA MIRADA

When the term “condominium” was not yet in the public’s consciousness, La Mirada was constructed.

1992 – GABRIEL

A high-rise condominium complex, it was built in the then unpopulated Ortigas area in Pasig City.

1996 – SALCEDO TOWERS

Salcedo Towers is a modern 27-storey E-Building situated in the very heart of the Makati CBD

1996 – NOL TOWER

Situated at the gateway of the hardly occupied Madrigal Park Business Center

1998 – LIBRAN HOUSE

An eight-storey office building strategically located at 144 Legaspi Street corner V.A. Rufino Street (formerly Herrera) in Legaspi Village in Makati City.
